Terms and conditions of Sale, Return & Liability Release

General: In these condition the words "we" "us" "our" mean and refer to the supplier of the goods. The word "you" refers to the person or company to whom the goods are sold and supplied. "The goods" refers to the goods, merchandise and other items the subject of the sale transaction. "Customer" refers to the person paying for the work or product. "SSI" refers to Sync Speed, Inc.

Application: These terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of the goods by us to you.

Sales: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call us at 610 659 1033 for current prices and availability of products.

Returns: Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling SSI at 610 659 1033. A 15% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned to SSI. All returned items must be in as-new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. Deposits for special order items are not refundable.

Damaged in Transit: All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Do not return any items to SSI without prior notification and a RMA#.

Legality: Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use. SSI does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.

Racing is Dangerous. You can get killed or injured or kill or injure someone else. Customer agrees directly or via their agents or assigns waive all rights to all or any compensation at any time. All precautions must be employed by customer at all times. Customer directly or via their agents or assigns agrees to accept liability for any injury, damage or harm occurring to someone else, or someone else's property.

Hold Harmless Customer directly or via their agent or assigns agrees to hold harmless SSI, their agents or partners for all conditions spelled out in the terms and conditions of sale.
